After over a decade as an Athletics Director there was always one question at the end of every league meeting: Does anyone have a (sport) coach? They were either filling in a position or looking for one for the upcoming season. Personally, when I lost a coach in the middle of any season it escalated to an emergency for the day and went right up to number 1 on my priority list. Here is WHY I created nextathletics.pro:

Employers

1. I believe all institutions who run sports/athletics programs should have instant access to hire and connect with sport coaches in minutes instead of days.  

Currently, the process is to 1. Post a job  2. WAIT  3. Collect resumes and schedule interviews. The process takes an average of a week or more!  When an employer loses a coach DURING a season, it escalates to an emergency and goes to the top of their priority list to hire a coach FAST. 

2. I believe all sport employers should have a marketplace that showcases coaches profiles with Pictures, Video and Audio. This gives them added transparency to match the right coach with the right employer, resulting in less turnover of coaches over time.

Coaches

1. I believe Coaching is a type of performance based leadership role. I believe All coaches should have a platform where they can showcase their digital resume/personal hall of fame highlighting their talents, skills, and accomplishments using pictures, audio, video.  

2. I believe coaches should have a platform where they can network, follow, and connect with other coaches for professional development, support, and growth.

3. I believe coaches should have an easier and more efficient way to search and apply for jobs than what is currently available on the market.
